Clinical Program & Trial Manager

 

In this position you will report to the Head of Clinical Development and be part of a team working with clinical development of new pharmaceutical products. 

As Clinical Program & Trial Manager you will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of Clinical Development Programs and for the management of individual Clinical Trials. You will be a member of the global project team and lead the clinical sub-team. In addition you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of clinical trials from First-In-Human to late phase trials and will be working together with external clinical experts, with cross functional trial teams, with service providers and sometimes business partners. You will be managing the contracting and oversight of the clinical CRO and other vendors with regards to the clinical trials within your project. Furthermore, you will participate in writing and revising Standard Operating Procedures to further develop in-house processes.

Candidate profile

To be successful in this position you have a BSc or MSc in Life Science/Health Science, are registered nurse, or have a similar university degree. You have extensive experience of working with clinical program planning, management and execution of clinical trials in all phases of development from the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or from a CRO.

You are enthusiastic with a strong drive and have a flexible mindset. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English. You are motivated by working both independently and in a team in a dynamic environment and have a solution-oriented mindset. You have excellent project management skills, enjoy handling multiple tasks and are used to a high workload from time to time.
