We are seeking a talented Product Specialist with focus on Sales and Marketing to join our team. The position will be fully assigned to work at our sister company StartUpPharma Int. AB.
As Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and sales strategies to promote our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with our R&D and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and remain competitive in the marketplace
As a Product Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audience.

Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, life sciences)
3+ years of experience in product management, sales and/or marketing preferably towards pharmacies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing and CRM automation tools such as Upsales
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and graphical designs is a merit
Experience in the pharmaceutical or other life science fields is a big merit
Previous experience with product launch and sales towards pharmacies is advantageous
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, product positioning and messaging
Visits BB sales channels like Clinics, pharmacies and health stores and conduct product presentation & training as well as establish strong relations and understand their requirements
Collaborate with R&D team on new ideas by reporting the competitors and customers behaviors in the market
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to assist in product and marketing strategy
Plan and execute events and webinars to promote our products and services
Develop content for marketing collateral, social media, and website
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products
Work with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
