Following 14 years of experience from the Life Science industry and a proven track record of project management in clinical trials and several leading positions in different companies such as Pharmacia, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Parexel, Hamid decided to start his own recruitment and staffing company back in 2010. Since then he has founded several companies. Today the team works with recruitment, outsourcing solutions and CRO/Consulting services and take pride in helping more than 200 people to their next career step and/or to fulfil their dream of starting their own companies and working under the umbrella organisation.
